Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

A: Yes, absolutely! We don't test any of our products on animals, our raw ingredients are ethically sourced and vegan friendly.

Are your fragrances safe?

A: We are proud of our commitment to meeting and exceeding the UK requirements for safety and legislation with all of our fragrances through our in-house laboratory team.

Do the scent machines come with a warranty?

A: All of our scent machines come with a 12 month warranty.

How do the scent machines work?

A: Our scent machines operate via a dry vapour technology to provide a consistent fragrance throughout its operation. Our machines are programmable via the user interface or by Bluetooth/Wifi via the ELIX-AIR smart phone Application.

Where should I place my scent machine?

A: Our ELIX-AIR representatives are always happy to help advise on the positioning of your scent machines. Although, realistically the machines can be positioned anywhere with a stable surface to stand on. Two main criteria we usually take into consideration is air flow within the building and power supplies. 

Is there a way to test fragrances before purchasing

A: Of course! Reach out to us to book a free appointment to discuss your requirements and sample some of our fragrance range for your inspiration. We can even leave a scent machine with you to trial in your building to see how it meets your needs with no obligation to purchase.
